Ok so every pony seems to think that I was born and raised in Equestria, but that is so far from the truth not even Santa Claus can find it! I was born to the far far west of Appaloosa,where stallions are wild and saloons still exist the way they did in the settler days.
My birthday the actual date of birth is June 6th, my Celestial Birthday is April 14th
When my mom accepted my dad’s hoof in marriage,her parents set down very strict rules that my father had to abide by.
Those rules included that exactly eight seasons had to pass before they could start a family and they had to take special matrimonial classes with the local parish priest,complete those classes and wait three more seasons locked in deep prayer.
My father never went to those classes nor did he wait a total of eleven seasons to start his family, he packed up the matrimonial cottage and moved to a bigger house his parents had left him.
They were expecting my eldest sister when they finally got settled in to the house,shortly after everything was unpacked and the house was settled and in order,mom had my sister Aurora May.
Aurora May was followed by another sister Snowdrop,then there were two miscarriages that shook my mom and dad’s world, after a several months of grieving and mourning the loss of the baby mom and dad tried again and this time Sunflower,Stargazer and Lilac triplet girls followed six years later by Chip,Rocky,Digger and Rusty two sets of twin boys all born in the Wild West.
I was born exactly six years after Digger and Rusty were born, I was born a healthy baby unicorn with a knack for growing big healthy rose bushes when every pony else had struggled for so long to get their roses to grow.
As I grew up, ponies started asking me how it was that my roses were so healthy and vibrant, so I told them to water by twilight and early morning but never in the heat of the day and NOT to use the pellets that are made for roses but vinegar and sugar mixed in water and ONLY water early in the morning before the heat kicks in and early evening when the heat of the day and your roses will be right as rain oh and keep the weeds away from roses.
My family never left the plains, I continued living there up until my tenth birthday when the parents of my friends all decided that since the school was closed due to structural issues, we all had to go our separate ways,some of my friends who were pegasi went north,my earth pony friends went east and my unicorn friends went west and my family went south where my father’s company transferred him to a place called Equestria- Pony Ville to be exact.
My father bought a run down old estate the last time he was in Pony Ville and it was on the Eastern Edge of Whitetail Woods and hired lots of ponies he knew from his youth to fix the property up and make it and the surrounding buildings habitable enough to pass strict building codes and got all the proper permits to do the construction.
When I was born,my dad’s transfer to Pony Ville came up, the property was fully up to code and up to date and the main property the ‘Cottage’ was ready for the family to move into. By that time the older kids were gone and it was just me and the last few children in the family.
There was me and the two sets of twins two girls and two boys plus mom and dad and our four shih tzu pups, then after I turned sixteen, my folks found out that my dad’s company was transferring him BACK to our homeland and took the four younger ponies with them leaving me with the Cottage legally in my name leaving my dad to open up an account for potential renters to deposit their rent into and another account for house hold expenses and for me to draw on for groceries and to redecorate and renovate if I should so choose.
My rental property isn’t hard to find at all, the cottage was re-painted last summer to a nice shade of lilac and blue a far far far far cry from my mom’s stomach medication pink!
So there you have it in a nutshell, I’m NOT a Native from Equestria or Pony Ville, I’m from out west where Saloons still exist.
Matter of fact I STILL get lost in Pony Ville each time I go into town, I need a map to find my way around since I’m STILL figuring out where everything is located and trust me I’m quite a sight to see with my digital GPS locator trying to find everything and get my tail back to my renters as fast as I can after I hang up with them so I can race back to the cottage,get my tool belt and head to the unit that needs my attention to fix what ever needs fixing.

Here are some of the questions I get with the answers below the question.
(1) What is included in your rent if you decide to rent from me?
Heat,Electricity and water. If you want Cable,phone and internet installed then give me a jingle and I’ll fire off a letter of approval stating you can get them installed.
(2) Can I paint my unit?
Sure! As long as it’s not offensive and not black!
(3) Are you available 24hrs?
Uhh no. My cell phone is off past midnight. Sorry but this unicorn needs her down time and her sleep!
(4) Do I need to pay first AND last month’s rent PLUS a security deposit?
By law yes, I do need the first and last month’s rent plus the security deposit. Sorry no short cuts other wise my father will show up on the doorstep and ask for first and last months rent with a security deposit and believe me you don’t want to mess with him. His name maybe Storm Surfer but he’s a lawyer and he don’t mess with the law and neither do his children.
(5) Are there any schools for my children to attend if I rent from you?
Yes there’s Pony Ville Elementary School in Pony Ville. The teachers are very nice.
(6) Is there anywhere to get fresh apples for my children’s lunches?
Of course! There’s Sweet Apple Acres! Apple Jack has a stall in the market where she sells freshly bucked apples for four bits or you can bargain her down.
(7) Sweets! What about sweets?! I can’t live without a sweet every now and then! Where can I get my hooves on some cup cakes or cake?!
Whoa nelly! There’s alway Sugar Cube Corner to get a discount ONCE just tell Pinkie Gypsy sent you. Then again the prices are reasonable.
(8) Safety is an issue for me, are Pony Ville and Whitetail Woods safe for my children to play in?
In the words of Apple Jack: Right as rain! No worries! If any little filly or colt gets lost Fluttershy will eventually show up on your doorstep with your little one. Not only is she great with animals, Fluttershy is AWESOME with little kids.
(9) My kids are avid readers,is there some place we can borrow books for a few weeks to read?
You betcha! Twilight Sparkle and Spike live in the library and are more then happy to help your little ones find the books they want to borrow. Just remember to return the books on time.
(10) Where can I take my little ones to go swimming in Pony Ville?
I’m sorry, I’ve only lived in Ponyville a short amount of time and summered else where. I REALLY don’t know, you could always ask a local who has been here longer then I have. BUUUUT since this winter was so mild, my dad actually had a head start on putting in over time with pool repairs so this summer weather permitting your little and older ones will be able to go swimming in the pool.
There will be a big kids pool and a bigger shallower pool for the little ones. My older brother will be the life guard as he will be moving onto the property’s guest house for the summer only while he breaks from University and he is a certified life guard and is studying to be a Pediatrician.
(11) I’m an elderly pony and I don’t get around like I used to, is there some way I can get some pony to help me get groceries or just do chores around the house?
Sure, that much I can help out with. There are plenty of ponies who are more then willing to help out the elderly. Heck if you give me a jingle and I have nothing better to do and you have a list of things you need from the market along with the money, I’m more then happy to go into town for you and get your groceries. I’m also more then happy to help with chores around your home, just don’t ask me to dust as I’m terribly allergic to dust.
